Bough lazer dots and bipod for crossbows which said fits my ek blade and my r9 bipod wasnt even the correct shape and lazer dots broke first time i screwed them on cheap parts and will definetly not b... Ver más

Quality through and through.
Bought a Revo 7 crossbow. Absolutely lovely bit of kit.
The only problem was the safety pin broke. The team went above and beyond to fix the issue.
Even when EK wanted me to replace just the part, Springfield sent me the whole body, and send the defective back, all FOC.
ABSOLUTELY 💯 BRILLIANT CREW. The team were amazing.
Cheers guys, that's why I have spent over a grand with them now. They deserve the business

Still Waiting: Out of Pocket

Order submitted. acknowledged and payment made. After what I thought was a long lead in a parcel arrived, signed for but upon opening it was the wrong item. I contacted by email and after another delay recieved advice on returning the item at their expense via Royal Mail. All done and item desptached but no acknowledgement of its return, or when the original item would be sent. Checked website/account and no record of these actions or return. Three emails sent but no receipt or contact. Now considering taking action as this is very poor service and the company have my payment but not supplied goods. Hugely unimpressed. Too slow, poor communication and having read reviews online would take them with a pinch of salt as there is a "whiff" of AI about some of them!

Untrustworthy company.

This company takes your money but never sends your items. I ordered something from this company and there wasn’t even an acknowledgment of my order. This is theft and will be reportered to trading standards.

Couldn't care less company.

As a total novice to crossbows I decided to purchase one.
I struggled to string the bow up properly and left it in a bit of a mess.
I needed some advice so i emailed this company twice and they just ignored me which is frustrating.
They seem happy to take your money but should you run into any problems your completely on your own as they are not bothered.

Very fast and problem free

I ordered an age restricted product at 14:10 (the website said order by 14:30 if next day delivery was required).
Within 30 mins I received a SMS message with a link to verify my age. I submitted a selfie and a picture of my driving licence. Within 30 mins I received an email saying my age had been verified.
I had opted for express delivery. My package was delivered at 13:00 the next day.

The price was also very competitive. Cheaper than other sites selling the same kind of things.

First Rate Service All Round!!!

Springfields supplied a piece of kit, which was 30% cheaper than their nearest competitor.
I added additional associated parts to my order, which were again 30% cheaper than the nearest rival.

My order was dispatched that same day, and hand delivered to me 24 hours later.
My order was well packaged and fully complete.

My experience with Springfields was entirely problem free and I am very happy with their service.
A special shout out to Ginette!!!

I can highly recommend this company and I will definitely be returning to them.

Brilliant Service

Fantastic bunch at Springfields, a very responsive customer service team who are more than happy to help. And even go above and beyond.

Springfields helped me source something I was trying to get hold of from one of their suppliers which was not available from any other retailer in the UK at all & they made it happen, pretty swiftly after a request.

Special shout out to Luke in customer service who kept me in the know at all times, very friendly & accommodating as well as organising the goods for me
(Absolute legend)

Once ordered. ID verification was very speedy with again, a super responsive department.
Delivery also very swift in the busy month of December.

Will 100% be using these guys again. Great service all around

Kombat adventure bushcraft knife

I ordered a Kombat adventure bushcraft fixed blade knife on Friday 5 December and it was despatched promptly. I received it today (10 December) very well packaged and exactly as ordered.

I would have no hesitation in ordering from Springfields again.

Bad customer service!

I had ordered a few times of Springfields with no problems. I made multiple purchases of them in the last 6 weeks. They told me that once my id ( birth certificate) was verified that they no longer would require verification. All was well I made some purchases. Then this week I decided to purchase a crossbow for myself for some backyard target practice. I was abruptly told that my verification was no longer sufficient. And that they did not want to sell me said crossbow. Even though Iv purchased 4 crossbows of Springfields over the last few weeks! All of a sudden I was unable to buy crossbows of them without a passport photo. The staff member who I was in contact with did not want to help in anyway. I even offered to send a video of myself with my birth certificate declaring that I’m nearly 50! But there was no flexibility whatsoever and they offered no alternative. Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again. So there loss my disappointment.
