I needed two little bikes a red one and…
I needed two little bikes a red one and a pink one size 44. I called loads of bike shops and was told, you won’t get them now, it’s to close to Christmas. Sprocketscycles were showing them in stock so I ordered…they arrived the next day by courier, part built and fully checked and signed off. What a service, I could have hugged them. My twin grandchildren have their bikes for their birthday ❤️

Very helpful in changing delivery address after order submitted. I gave them an incorrect postcode by mistake but they contacted me to get correct one.

Rang the guys on a Tuesday to order a…
Rang the guys on a Tuesday to order a hope wheelset, ordered them on Wednesday and if it wasn’t for dhl having an issue at their main depot I would have had them Thursday, I got them Friday instead.
While on the phone the staff were extremely helpful and clear and nothing felt like too much trouble for them.
Would absolutely use them again without an issue
