Left a review a week ago about my experience in dealing with this company to which they replied online assuring me that they would be looking into my refund and contact me via the details from Trustpilot.
Unsurprisingly I’ve heard nothing from them and no intentions of the refund being made. Clearly just lip service to make themselves sound reputable, they have no intentions of refunding the money I paid for shoddy and dangerous goods,

Unfortunately, that request for information was not answered, which meant we were unable to identify the order or take the matter any further at that stage.

Pretty garden lights
I have had a great experience with my front door light so purchased a set of blossom garden lights. They look great strung across my garden. Great price and service. Very happy with them.

Relentless spammers who don’t stop even when asked
Spam, spam and more spam.
I bought from this company quite some time ago and soon realised that they are just spammers. I complained and somebody called Zach said it wouldn’t happen again yet the emails continued for awhile and then finally stopped.
Today however, months after the Email stopping, they have started yet again so this time I’m going to do my research and try and have their Server closed down.
Spamming is quite simply disrespectful particularly when you’ve unsubscribed multiple times and you’ve been told you won’t be receiving any further SPAM I suggest that people do not use this company unless they love SPAM.
Because of this experience, I will never use this company again
***UPDATE*** Take no notice of what they've said in their reply. They're still spamming me twice a day, every day. How many emails does someone need about their poor quality products???
***FURTHER UPDATE*** I've spoken to the company they rent their spam server from & they've now blocked them from sending any further spam. Karma

SPV Light - a great product.
I previously bought these SPV Lights about 10-12yrs ago, they have now started to ‘play up’ so ordered a couple more. They are great value for money!, they also give off a good light when activated by the sensor. Just place them where you want, switch on and forget about them.
I have one on the shed halfway down the garden and one attached to the fence post from the lawn up to the back patio which is great as I now know when my cat is back home. A great product and well worth the money. Hopefully another 10yrs or so of use.

Annoying
SPV Lights send numerous annoying emails without the option to unsubscribe. Not even able to block them. I may have bought something from them in the past but because of the annoying email situation I wouldn’t bother again!

Ordered pond solar lights which were broken and not working. Returned but then sent back to me. Am told they are having trouble with labels and because unfortunately I opened the returned parcel I do not qualify for a refund!! Very disappointed with poor service

Our House faces away from the road
Our House faces away from the road, access is via an alley way behind a garage block. Very dark at night. But I've fitted four lights along the alley which makes it safer and more secure for us and our neighbours. Great Job everyone is pleased with them.
