The App is not secure, suddenly the target phone shows red color mirroring icon, which made the target suspicious and the whole moto of catching my cheating partner has foiled. Now i cant do anything as target has changed the mobile from Android to iPhone and have no access to the new phone. Have several times informed the customer service on chat and they could not resolve the issue. Disappointed on the service and security of the app.

It functioned so much differently from what they advertised, and I must say that it doesn’t give anything tangible or useful. Getting signed up on the app was a very terrible and stressful process. It was more annoying that we didn’t get any guidance or update from their customer care about what the issue was. Don’t waste time here. Shanesdisplay alternatively gave me a whole different and pleasant experience. I was able to have a clear view of texts, mails and other data after I was led to them from some comments. It was a pleasant experience on instagram with them. They’re ready to assist anyone.

I would not purchase this. I suspect my husband used my card to purchase and when it came through this time I messaged them trying to explain and asked for a refund because it was literally the only money I had left for groceries. The disabled the auto subscription but refused to give me a refund. I am going to file a dispute but it’s on a prepaid card that I don’t use for subscriptions.

The software itself is a joke. It does not update, and any history or data that is provided for calls and texts is incomplete and lacking any substance. Data from specific apps is non existent, apps that are definitely being used. You will receive a "no records found" for any app you attempt to view, and email produces the same results. The target phone receives a popup anytime they reboot their phone, and it temporarily slows the phone way down, making it clearly obvious that something is going on. In addition, their customer service is unprofessional and they will tell you everything is fine when it is most definitely not fine and the app is not functioning as promised. They will refuse to give you a refund, citing they are 'bound by the Refund policies'. Please save yourself some trouble and look for a different service.

I paid for the one month plan since there was not a free trial and I wanted to make sure it really worked for me. I sat with my husband as we put this on his iPhone. As soon as we got the phone to link to the program, there were about 30 porn photos that downloaded to his phone. This was not something he looked up, I have been checking his phone every couple of days. I was very disappointed in this app.

Before purchasing I asked a lot of questions and was reassured that I would get logs from like Snapchat Facebook dating sites, and from day one since purchasing I've had nothing but problems. Logs aren't getting loaded I'm not getting any screenshots of when he's on those sites. Since purchasing I've had been instructed to uninstall and reinstall five times, then I was told that I had to clear out caches because the device space was low so I do that every single night and still I get the same message up top. I've also been instructed numerous times to go into the accessibility shut the Play services off then turn it back on again numerous times and yet I'm still not getting the logs that was promised upon purchasing. They don't refund all money so I'm sticking it out. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!!

Dont Use

The app is such a mess it creates so much trouble once installed on the target phone. Random pop ups on the target phone unnecessarily. Customer service is so pathetic, they keep saying the same thing over and over again and they never want to refund because they already know it's a faulty app.
