Good customer support answering my questions and making recommendations. Also easy return policy. The seats are exceptional.

The help they gave me with an issue from the post office and their delivery. The post office lost my part and they sent me a new one free of charge.

I've tried...oh...9000 seats. Expensive ones. Leather ones. Overly cushioned ones. Bouncy ones, stiff ones. You name it. But my razor sharp sit bones defied them all. Finally. FINALLY. A seat I can sit on! If you have, like me, sit bones you could murder people with, look into SQLabs.

Prompt delivery; test kit worked great. We have ordered a saddle from our local dealer.

I received great help from the staff in deciding which saddle to buy. Coming from a gel saddle, the new saddle seemed very hard at first but after two rides it's very comfortable. All of the genital numbness I had with the previous saddle disappeared immediately.

In looking for a pain free saddle it was recommended I look at SQlab. In doing so I came across the free “Measure me” set. They sent it out really fast. With it and the website information I was able to quickly decide on which saddle to purchase.

Referred here by reddit users. Sq has excellent customer service who helped me with saddle knowledge. They first sent me the free measuring kit. Worked great!

Update: I got the Wardy special edition colorway... Saddle makes my rides SOOOO much better. No more numbness in my private areas due to mis-sized saddle. Sizing tool worked perfectly.
Between new saddle and going clipless, I've shaved 20 minutes off my 15 mile loop!

The instructions of measuring the width of your seat and the ability to choose the correct seat for your riding style was very helpful for me.

Quick replies were helpful & appreciated when I asked new product questions . I like my new saddle . Im still getting used to it & would like to talk to tech about saddle tilt & bum placement . The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is the need to have communication with the design team to adjust my seat the way it was intended to be used . Thanks

Great experience! Sizing kit arrived, was easy to use, and quickly gave me my size. Once I ordered, shipping was quick! I've been loving the new saddle. Super comfortable and seems to be durable!
