I was luckily able to get Squirrel internet as I didn't want Kcom.
I was using GSM service for my internet which was ok but not quite fast enough.
It's been over a month now since Squirrel internet was set up and installed.
Very quick from ordering to installation.
No more buffering issues and for the 900mb speed at £30 is really good value.
I'm happy with the service 👍

Based in Hull. We've had an 18month contract with squirrel which is coming to an end this month.
We've had no issues with speed or connectivity and has overall been quiet reliable. Over the 18 months we've had one major drop out and a few little instances when turning the router off and on again has usually fixed.
Overall we've been quite happy with it.
We'd be renewing again except for the £6pcm increase taking it up to £35pcm for the exact same service. No thanks.

Was exploring options with new broadband providers after getting frustrated with my current provider and came across Squirrel. My initial query was responded to quickly by Georgia. She was very helpful and responded to all my questions and several emails in a timely manner. She explained things clearly, provided different options and made the process of getting a new broadband package very easy. I am now waiting for installation and to see what the service and speeds are like, but so far the initial process has been very easy, thanks to the help from Georgia.

Renewal problem resolved quickly to my satisfaction.

When I was sold the package I was told a speed of 900 Mbps but in reality I only get 350 Mbps.

PS the router has only one 2.5gb/s port, at a speed of 2300/2300 it's a bit of a strange solution

Just moved house after switching to Squirrel two months ago. Reconnecting at new house done without problem. Impatience on my side made me chat with Georgia online to get internet connected and it was all sorted there and then. Cannot fault them.

I needed a password change as the one I had wasn’t working got in touch and it was really fast done within 5 min very pleased thank you Paul :)
