From start to finish SRN went above and beyond fitting our windows. From the first visit to completion of job only took 3 weeks and everyone involved was very professional. Would highly recommend this company

The whole process was very smooth and fast. Great telephone and email communication throughout. We have 4 windows replaced in just 2 weeks after the sales representative visited us. Maciek was very friendly and helpful, patiently answering all our questions. The installation process with Tammy, as a group leader, went quickly and tidy. They replaced 4 large windows in less than 5hours. We will use their service again to replace two other windows.

SRN home improvements replaced 10 windows of varying sizes and 1 door for me. My property is very old and all of them where of non standard sizes.
The company measured everything precisely, replaced them in timely manner, fit and finish were great and all communication with the company was smooth.
One of the windows takes most of the wall, and there was minor impurity in the glass, I've found after it was fitted. SRN has replaced it without any extra cost after just one email.
All of the guys working both on the initial order, and the replacement were professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy after they were done. Ozzy, Fuzz and Smudge, the guys working on the main order deserve special recognition as they have done an amazing job.
Overall if you are looking to replace windows and want everything to go smoothly go with SRN home improvements.

Really professional from first contact through to completion .. Every step of the was clearly communicated. Keeping us in the loop. The job was started far quicker than we expected , which came as a great surprise .Big thanks to Tommy and his team working throughout what was the hottest week of the year . On there arrival they both got stuck in and job was completed in the previously mentioned time

I normally close the door on salespeople but (in a moment of weakness or stupidity?) ended up listening to Kenny's spiel, deciding that it couldn't hurt to sign up for a survey/quote to get an idea of how much it might cost to replace our old windows. A bonus being that windows would be discounted due to government funding and that we would be given 12 months to consider.

The person who turned up to do the survey was perfectly pleasant and clearly knew how to build rapport in order to increase his odds of making a sale. He took measurements of all the windows and then started going through costs and financing. At this point I began to feel very wary because he was asking for concrete answers rather than speaking hypothetically. We told him in various ways that we just wanted an idea of cost in order to plan/consider, but it became clear that he expected a commitment from us right there and then.
When we made it clear that we wouldn't be signing up to anything, he did concede and leave without pushback.

And the '12 months to decide' schtick doesn't apply to the discounted price, of course... And I'm sure he mentioned that we could get a further discount if we leave a positive review on here...? Hmm.

The whole thing just left me feeling very irritated as pressuring people into a sale is such an unethical way to do business.

Very impressed with SRN from start to finish. From speaking to the sales rep, the survey being carried, out to installation of the windows & door took only 3 weeks.
Very happy with the installation team - Andy & Jamie - who were very helpful, carrying out the work quickly & were very tidy while doing it.

SRN a very professional company and staff were great too. We love our new door and window. I would use this company again as Jamie who did the work was lovely, professional and his work was impeccable.

The speed of the whole process from meeting with sales rep, surveyors and the window and door installers, it took less than 4 weeks for the windows and doors to be installed. All staff we had contact with were very helpful. SRN are well organised, on the ball and quoted a competitive price.

First class service start to finish nothing was a problem to the office staff to the lads that fitted doors and windows big difference to the house friendly and explained everything I asked them about well done

We were very happy with the workers who carried out the job at our premises. They went beyond the expected. They were courteous, helpful and quick. I would happily recommend this company to others. They even called after job completion whether we were satisfied with the work they completed.

I was delighted with the service provided by the SRN team , from the Customer Service team to the Installation team.
The speedy response regarding administration , documentation etc.
The installation team , 4 man team , were on site from 8:30 am & worked continuously until the Installation was complete.

Great company from start to finish. Spoke with Sharon initially who set up an appointment for someone to come out and speak with us. Maciej came out a few days later, really friendly and helpful. Helped us to decide what we wanted. Davie came out and done the final measurements, he was lovely and very knowledgeable. Campbell and Chris came and fitted our windows, such tidy and friendly guys, they've done a fantastic job, we are very pleased with our new windows and will definitely be back in contact for any future work
