So pleased!
The whole process from start to finish was a breeze.
I found the runners I liked which was a difficult decision as there was plenty of choice😁 ordered the required sizes and delivery was fast.
The quality of the runners was very good and I am very pleased with the end result.

Avoid - zero customer service
Awful service. Zero customer care. Ordered rug, but received a completely different one (as well as a despatch/ delivery note that listed the incorrect rug and not the one I actually ordered - how does that even happen?!). Advised SRS of their error - which they blamed on a ‘new employee’ - and requested they send me the correct rug, which they refused to do! Despite it being entirely their error in sending me the wrong rug, they refused to fulfil my order until I returned the incorrect rug. They said they’d had previous occasions where the wrong item had been sent out and they’d then sent the correct item, but never had the incorrect item returned. This clearly proves that this isn’t a ‘new employee’ issue but an ongoing problem for SRS. The fact that I was their customer, inconvenienced by them, they pointedly refused to correct their error until I’d taken action to rectify the issue they created. Shocking customer service. BUYER BEWARE - cowboy rug seller!

A human error was made in regards to this order and we tried to rectify it as quickly as possible. We offered to get the incorrect item collected ASAP and once the item was collected and confirmed, we would send the correct item ASAP. The buyer would never have been out of money in the returning of the incorrect order.
The buyer obviously was not happy with this, therefore we collected the incorrect item and refunded the buyer straight away. Our ratings on all platforms speak for themselves when it comes to customer care and offering a service that can be trusted, and our products for 99% of the time are loved by our customers. The buyer did not take further action as they say, we resolved the issue without Etsy ever having to get involved. Regards

Very happy indeed
Ordered a large rug on 6th June and took delivery on 9th June. First class service from SRS Rugs and prompt delivery. The quality of the rug is excellent and we are more than happy with the value for money. Would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend. Excellent experience. Well done.
