I had a problem with a defective product. No fault of ssmokeshop as it was a manufacturer defect. But Grace at ssmokeshop took care of the problem right away. With customer service like this, how can you go wrong. Kudos to Grace.

I was mistakenly sent an item that I had not ordered, I contacted them and they apologized for any inconvenience and immediately sent me the correct item with absolutely no issues whatsoever! It is scary sometimes ordering online because you take a chance on getting scammed. I took that chance and am glad I did, they have made me a very happy hippie!!!

Ssmokeshop.com made sure that I am Happy. I ordered a glass product to be shipped here to Phoenix, Az. My glass product arrived broken but I didn't have to worry. All I had to do was contact Ssmokeshop.com and let them know. I got a response right away and the product was replaced immediately without any questions. I won't lie, I was skeptical at first. I read ALOT of reviews & a big majority mention how great the shipping is. Im from Texas, so ordering anything glass from Cali is automatically sketchy if you know what I mean. NO SIR! they had my item in a bag, bubble wrapped(&rolled like silverware), rubber band, and extra plastic type sheeting placed on top of all that. I ordered on a Thursday morning it was at my mailbox that following Tuesday. Not to shabby. Great job Guys! I know where my online business just went.

I have ordered many times and received prompt and accurate service. The products have been of good quality. My latest order however has been delayed for an unknown reason. My biggest complaint is that I am unable to locate a phone number for this place. I don't understand why they make it difficult if not impossible to receive immediate customer service via phone. I called the number listed on this site and got a voice mailbox which did not identify whom I was calling. I left a detailed message and asked for a return call but did not receive one. Not yet anyway. It's a shame.

Very poor quality products and no customer service. I bought a quarts nail from them and the second a waved a flame across it a piece fell off. I immediately sent them an email and they never responded.

I Purchased the “Original Monkey Pipe” from your company and couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and customer service! I even needed a new “O” ring gasket after many uses and cleanings and was promptly sent the item. Keep up the good work, it’s nice to have a company with 5 star standards!
