Walid was fantastic. He very kindly visited the property I'm purchasing twice in order to access a different flat in the building to confirm there were no problems in there which could cause wider structural issues for me. I urgently needed a structural engineer to survey a property (due to stamp duty deadline looming) that my wife and I were looking to purchase after our initial RICS survey indicated there were potential causes for concern with interior cracks and the condition of the roof.

Walid was extremely professional, communitive and accommodating, fitting us in the next day (Thursday) and returning a detailed report with photos two working days later (Monday).

Ryan did the GSI for the property which I am planning to purchase. I wanted survey to focus more on my concerns which Stabuild listened even before my confirmation to survey and arranged the survey in the same week.
