Bought a product from their site, took my money and gave me a confirmation email. A month had passed, no update on arrival, no package delivered after emailing them 3 separate times for any information. They have no phone number on the website. I requested a refund from my bank and reported them to ACCC.

I ordered one of the period belts with express postage and waited over a month with no shipping updates or any form of communication.
I sent through two emails with no response and had to go through PayPal before anything was sent out.
Even once it was sent, the colour was wrong to what I had ordered.

Would not recommend at all, they just take your money and you will likely not receive any product.

This was brought for me as i suffer from severe period issues and needed some type of relief and took over months to receive it and was the wrong colour, straps are twisted so i cant extend it at all.

This must be some sort of scam

I used to praise this company, but after asking for an exchange on a product that wouldn't charge, I've experienced really poor customer service. I paid express shipping to receive the item (it took nearly 2 months to arrive). Then the product wouldn't charge. I (naturally) had to pay for the item to be sent back, then it took over 2 weeks for them to investigate and test the item. They agreed to send me a replacement, but shipped the item to the wrong address. I had advised I was moving, but was never asked for the new address. I asked the new tenants of our old place if my item was delivered, and even with proof that it was, they claimed it wasn't there. I assume they stole it. After this, I went to contact them on Instagram, only to find the company blocked me. I have reached out numerous times however, they refuse to respond. I don't know what changed with this company. But they have happily taken $450 from me for 2 items. Pretty disappointed.

Take your money. Don't deliver a product. Don't respond to email - cos that is the only way to reach them.

Write all you want - they don't care. Donate money ... I doubt it.

PLEASE do not spend any money with this company - you are highly unlikely to have a product delivered - good, bad or otherwise.

Don’t even bother with this company. I purchased 4 weeks ago now and I have not received my order nor have I received a response to my 3 emails or 5 attempts to contact them through their website. There’s no phone number listed to speak to anyone either. Complete rip off and scammed me out of $250+. I am extremely disappointed and angry. Please do not fall into the same trap.

Ordered on the 18th Feb with express shipping. Website says we ship same business day from Sydney (I live in Sydney).

Now Friday 13th March.

SCAM
Hubby purchased one for me. Ordered on 13th January 2026 (it’s now the 9th March ) haven’t received anything. Has emailed with no response. Wish he would have looked at the reviews before purchasing as it seems a common problem.

I ordered this for my partner and it has stopped recharging, despite multiple attempts to contact them for a replacement under warranty, i have not been contacted back

TOTAL SCAM. Ordered product - not delivered - NEVER answer any emails. Only way to contact them is email. What a awful thing to do to women. You are a disgrace !!! - They have listed their Address in Watergardens shopping centre Melb. Contacted the shopping centre - they said they dont exist - and have had a number of people call them - this is a SCAM - i have reported to ACCC.

Ordered this in early January, received confirmation but no shipping notification still. I have sent multiple emails with no response, I’ve noticed all social media pages have been shut down, and I’ve now reached out to fair trading. As someone who has been suffering from severe endometriosis flare ups for years, I was hoping this device could finally provide some relief, but from reading the other reviews it seems as if this company is using endo to scam people out of money.

Ordered and received 6 months ago. I used it a total of 2 and a half times, the half time was due to it saying full battery but died. So I charged it ….. and nothing. I have emailed countless times as it stated on the website they have a 12 month warranty. Do you think I’ve heard anything back???? Nope. As one person said in the reviews (that stupid me is only reading now) it’s disgusting that they are profiting off ENDO/PCOS. And I too would swear if I could. What a bunch of trashy scammers. Karma will come for you all BIG TIME.

Don't waste your time.... I ordered this device for my wife 10 months ago and it has now stopped working entirely. I've emailed Staci a dozen times over the past month and they've never bothered to respond and there isn't any phone number on their website. I should of known I was in for a great experience when it took over 4 weeks to even ship the original order and after paying for Express Shipping due to the floods in my Area in 2024, they posted by regular post... Who would have thought, the parcel then got stuck for a further 2 weeks... Never received a refund for express post, consistently ghosted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they are SCAMMERS.

Delivered on a footpath on a main street???

I ordered this for my daughter during Black Friday Sales. I arranged to have it delivered to my office. about a week and half later I got an email asking me how we were going with it. I replied advising we had not received it yet and there was no reply but I assumed they had been smashed with lots of orders due to black friday and christmas so gave them some grace.

I got a notification between christmas and new year while my office was closed. Packaged delivered??? WTF

I went to the office as soon as I saw the notification which was about an hour after it came in but there was no package.

for context I sublet my office space from a real estate agent in a main street of Frankston and the package was apparently left with an ATL (authority to leave) and because its in the heart of Frankston and its a shop front that means the parcel was left at 6:13PM in the evening on the footpath out the front. There was clear signage up in the window showing the premises was closed from the 22nd of December - 5th of January with contact numbers of who to get in touch with and my business was clearly named on the delivery instructions.

In addition to this our business hours are 9am - 5pm so even if was delivered during a normal trading period the shop would have been locked up at 6:13pm so the same thing would have happened.

I have tried multiple times to reach out to these guys but they have no social media presence and no phone number published. The only method of contact is an email address they never reply to.
