Item arrived beautifully packaged, even though I ordered it for myself it felt like a special gift. It seems good quality and looks very smart in the bedroom.

I have 3 issues with this company:
1. The item I received was faulty / poor quality. I ordered a handbag and when I received it I saw that the leather effect coating was peeling off.
2. I emailed customer service and it took them a week to respond despite their website claiming it would be 24 hours
3. Customer service want to charge me £4 to return an item that they failed to provide in a satisfactory condition.

Having read the other reviews I have decided to hang onto my faulty bag as I don’t want to lose £4 on top of the £68 they already scammed from me.

I ordered these for my daughter and they arrived in good condition and promptly, She is very happy with the quality of the product.

Great experience yet again! Delivery was fast and items are always great quality and worth the money! They always come presented beautifully too (tissue paper and packaging) which makes perfect for gifting.

Very pleased with the quality of the man’s toilet bag, speed of delivery and careful packaging. Will order again.

I ordered two items from Stackers before Christmas: the Limestone Large Cosmetic Bag for my 20-year old daughter to use on her first ski trip to Switzerland and the Blush Pink Classic Display Jewellery Box for myself. I absolutely loved the jewellery box - I was surprised how pretty and good quality it was and it honestly looks fabulous in my bedroom and fits all my essential day-to-day jewellery, which also displays nicely. The cosmetic bag unfortunately had some marks on them, which we were not happy about. I contacted Stackers Customer Service who picked up the phone straight away and apologised for the state of the cosmetic bag. I asked them if they had the same cosmetic bag in the navy blue, which my daughter originally wanted it in, but I was advised earlier on that these had sold out completely before placing my order. However, I was then advised that they had two cosmetic bags in navy blue left which were in excellent condition. I was concerned that the navy blue bag might not be delivered in time before my daughter departs on her ski trip. Due to the time-sensitive circumstances, the gentleman adviser expedited the delivery of the navy blue cosmetic bag (at no additional cost to me), to ensure my daughter received it the day before she was due to depart. Astonishingly, we received the replacement item via DPD courier within days, which my daughter absolutely loved! Stackers also managed to arrange the collection of the unwanted cosmetic bag in quick succession without issue! I give Stackers 10/10 for their high standards of customer service, no quibble exchange policy and excellent communication! I am now officially a loyal Stackers customer!

Ordered for Christmas present, dispatched promptly, but delivery van became engulfed in water due to flooding. Contacted Maddie who arranged replacement to be delivered overnight, which was great and saved the day.

I ordered the classic jewellery box set (4 layers) and couldn’t be more impressed. High quality and exactly what I needed.

The customer service via phone/email was also excellent and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had with online ordering.

Misleading Returns policy on the Australian Site after checking returns policy and once redirected to the Australian site come to find out that the policy isn't consistent at all across the brand. Would avoid buying direct and buy from a local reseller would be my advice!

Delivered v quickly and quality product

This is a Christmas present for my Daughter in Law. I love it & I know she will too. Great service, arrived within 5 days.

It's such a pleasure and, frankly, a surprise, for someone or a company to under promise and over achieve.
Stackers did this in terms of delivery as Christmas approached.
And the product was excellent.

What fabulous service from Beau at Stackers. Having had 2 close family bereavements in the last month, with the stress of organising 2 funerals, not to mention the emotional strain on the family - I had neglected to place timely orders for a Christmas gift. Beau was so understanding, helpful and efficient in personally ensuring that my order was quickly dispatched and received ontime. He went above and beyond to reassure me that my daughter would receive her gift for Christmas and his kindness was deeply appreciated. He is an absolute star and credit to the company.

Very pleased with my purchase. It was a replacement for an old jewellery box. Beautifully packaged so it arrived in perfect condition. Now I have all of my precious items neatly stored and easy to see/access. Highly recommend

I sadly don’t know as your courier service has let you down and never delivered our boxes :(

I bought two stacking jewellery boxes for my granddaughter for Christmas. I’m sure she’ll be delighted with them.
My only issue was the actual delivery from DHL. The driver was rather rude and wouldn’t listen to my directions without interrupting me and accused me of making him late with other deliveries.
This is just a bit off putting if I need to order further items and the delivery service is DHL

I recently ordered a travel jewellery case from Stackers, which came highly recommended by friends, and I can see why — the products anee absolutely beautiful and really thoughtfully made. There was a very small issue with the personalisation on my order, nothing major and something easily rectified, but I reached out to customer service and was in touch with Hannah just to check what could be done.

I was so impressed with the response I received. Hannah was incredibly prompt, understanding and genuinely went above and beyond to resolve the situation. She issued a refund straightaway and handled everything with such care and professionalism that it honestly made me appreciate the brand even more.

It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal and attentive, especially from a small team, and it really stood out. Because of how well everything was handled — and how lovely the products are — I’ll definitely continue purchasing from Stackers. Outstanding service and beautiful pieces. Highly recommend.
