I've never received so much open friendliness from someone until i spoke with Emer. Wow this person made the whole experience of shopping with Stakelum so positive. To cut a long story short, bought a school book paid for it, out of stock/ out of print, refunded me the total amount and offered me a used book they had in stock free of charge. Now who does that ? i was overwhelmed to receive this kind offer, as you are aware the price of school books is crazy. The used book is used, but perfect condition. Received it in no time about 2days, and refunded within 2 days too. Parcel arrived / packaged well and had a little and a bag of sweets & a note to my son which i thought was going above and beyond. People like Emer we need more of in this world. I appreciate all that was done and i hope when my son is finished with this book that i can offer it to someone next year free of charge. Thanks again to all involved.

Great customer service
Great experience! Chat option was there and answered all my questions. Ordered 3 school bags that were delivered in less than 48hrs. An included personal thank you note and sweets for kids was a very lovely touch. Will definitely be ordering again.

The personal touch makes it stand out from the competition
Very easy online ordering system, and while the order took a couple of days (standard in Ireland) the little handwritten note with the order was an absolutely delightful personal touch. This alone will make me re-order from them every time from now on!

Fantastic customer service
I ordered online for click & collect. The website was very user friendly and the chat facility was a great help too.
