Shocking company
Shocking company, dont reply to emails, dont call you back and left our hotel without WiFi for a week, when we eventually had no option but to reset all out AP's and move away from them.
Option 2 (Technical support) gets you through to a person who, by his own admission, "Is not technical" and thats IF you can get through, usually they keep you on hold for 5 minutes and the IVA comes on saying "Our support department is now closed, we are open from 9am - 5:30pm" - I was calling at mid day, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm etc...)
We have had to reset all our equipment as stampede takes control of it all to "Manage" them (Router and AP's) and then don't Manage them or offer ANY level of Support.
Avoid, Do it yourself, its easier!!
