Prepare yourself mentally and physically to not have any income for 8+ weeks. You will not be fully informed informed about the claims process. Your adjustor will forget to mail your checks. It’s a level of crookery I haven’t experienced since the 1980s prior to more stringent insurance regulation.

Giving this company one star is actually a compliment. I would give zero stars if I had the ability to do so. This writing is based on the claimant perspective. My girlfriend‘s son died at work in a horrible accident and he had a double indemnity policy and a couple others with this company. It has been absolute hell trying to get them to pay. I’m not going through all of the particulars, but I can tell you it has been an absolute horror. They simply do what they want when they want, promise that a check was mailed that was never mailed, I think now we are on the third promise for the same check. They will not let that money go for anything, but I will make you a guarantee right now. If you are late on a $40 payment to them for example they are all over you. I would only do business with this company if I absolutely had to, and there were no other choices. Yes, it’s that bad.

I cannot emphasize this more but DO not order anything through standardty, they are truly unethical and my experience with them was not a willing one, but forced on me.
I cancelled my order for Harlara jeans, they charged £9.00 more than the cost for insurance than advertised, not disclosed in checkout. They emailed the receipt of cancellation and refund to me, but then week later they turn up at my door and my card has been charged. I emailed to explain this had been confirmed as cancelled and this is when they got difficult and insisted I pay for them and no return will be accepted. I had to go to Facebook, PayPal etc to report this Chinese company's consumer act breach and contradiction to why I had to keep and they would not return the money.
Its not so much the product but the fact they would not accept the product back as it was their mistake.
Don't trust them as they charge your cards fees that are fraudulent.

This has got to be the absolute WORST investment company in business. They have foreign people answering the phones, they are rude, they hang up on you and they have NO answers to your questions. I had two horrible experiences with support team members who made every excuse for not finding the information I need and I have a large annuity there and can't get anyone to help every after sending all the documents and having to get one notarized!! Ridiculous - don't put your money here! Bad, bad service!!
