I purchased a uc pack the payment was done from my side but they said payment failed and if any money is deducted it will be refunded but I haven't received the money yet and costumer care is not responding.

I have done a payment of 753₹ the customer service is not at all responding and they mentioned that 24/7 customer services i have mailed them i have send some messages to them they are not even responding and even chatbot also not replying please dont do payments between 8pm to 9am these guys are not even responding in this time i mentioned and yet they are not provided any redeem code or returned my money so be carefull when you purchasing in the timings i mentioned better not use this website to purchase redeem codes
