Great customer service

I will not list the multiple issues that I hadThat were caused by this establishment that was supposed to be a professional environment there are a list of things, not even the customer service or the Abilene store handled this correctly. I am outraged that a professional eye care place would perform in such a manner.. I will never refer this business to anyone except the BBB (Better Business Bureau) . I am still waiting on my second pair of glasses and still waiting for a solution.. the woman’s name at Stanton optical in Abilene. Larray needs a job change..

The staff and amount of ahhhhhhh machines y'all have. I liked that. Oh and the deals are crazy

The staff were so kind! The lady doing all of my first eye tests was so sweet and explained everything she was doing very well. The Second Lady doing my exam was very kind and funny. The lady that first greeted me when I walked in was very kind and helpful as well, she made sure I got the best deal on my glasses and visit as I have Medicaid. I had to find some place that would take walk ins and Medicaid and they did. I got to pick from so many beautiful frames and ended up choosing two that I love. She encouraged me to not be afraid to look in the men’s section because I thought they would look bad on my face but now I love the pair that I got from the men’s section. They were upfront about cost and time and honest about the look of the frames and my vision. The lovely lady up front also was so helpful when I didn’t understand something and she had to explain it to me a few times to understand. Overall so many beautiful frames in stock and so many kind staff.

Everyone was very helpful

I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes (1030am) early I signed in as instructed I waited and waited and waited finally 1 hour and 1/2 someone acknowledged me and asked if I needed help and I told her my appointment was a 1 hour 30 mins ago. I then was brought back for my exam. Its pathetic that you have incompetent staff, never got an apology for the long wait time. Do I recommend this location probably not. (Abilene.TX) for the product it was ok.

They lost my son's glasses when we went in to get new lenses.

To much work for glasses

Asked for transitions to be applied to one pair of glasses. Tech asked which color, I said grey. Go to pick up my glasses and they are just normal lenses without transition. Talked to Barbie and was told it would cost me roughly $450 to have the glasses remade with the transitions lenses. I paid the remaining balance and left. 1st and last time I will go to Stanton Optical for my vision needs

Super easy and enjoyable experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions with ease.

I was rushed through my appointment , my eye exam was not done correctly. Spent $100's of dollars and can not see out of them

They have repeatedly kept messing up my glasses I do not know how but the second time I went in they where worse than the first and all they did was change the type of lense. Now after a retest and waiting my glasses are still bad.

My experience is that at the window says 2 pair of glasses for $79.00
and when they got my eye exam.
What i didn't like that theres no eye doctor in the house to explain nothing. And that I was charged $200.s'thing. When I thought it was only gng to be $79 +taxes.. but this is ok. Next time ill just go to Breckenridge tx. With $200 I can get it cheaper
