Had to redo & couldn’t get it right
Had to redo & couldn’t get it right! Worse the 2nd time!!! I’ll be filing a complaint & expect a full refund!!!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, poor product, have had to return multiple times and still haven't got the lens or frames correct. Gaps between the lenses and frame, just put tape on them instead of correcting them correctly which in turn smeared all over when tring to clean. All in all wont ever use staton optical again in the future. Definitely will be tring to get our money back. Also on top that prescriptions were off due to what I would assume as the application for exam malfunction multiple time during exam.
