I got a great deal on my new glasses and then was given a replacement pair after my friend's dog destroyed them:/ Couldn't be happier with the treatment I got at Stanton Optical!

Had a great experience at Stanton...they were friendly and sufficient... would tell anyone to go to Stanton

Great great service! Work so hard helping me with the best prices for me, very knowledgeable and friendly! The main lady that works at the one on burnside besides the manager is amazing! Totally going back in the furture!

So this is the review I wrote before, and I am adding to it.

“ No exam & no adjustments to poorly structured glasses
First the machines were not cleaned between customers.
Second there was no eye exams just measurements for glasses.
Third a doctor is only there once a week.
Fourth the lenses won’t stay in the glasses. In the first hour I had the glasses the lenses fell out five times! Every time I try to clean the lenses they fall out in my hand making it impossible to clean.
Fifth the lenses were not centered for my eyes so I can’t see properly. Sixth the frames weren’t adjusted for me either. I told her it looked like they were uneven and she said it was because of the different lenses and that it was fine. I would not suggest anyone using Stanton.”

Here’s my addition, I was finally well enough to be able to go in. I showed them the lenses and I told them how one of the pairs of lenses made me nauseous and then that’s when I realize that the left eye was more concave than the left eye on the other glasses. They swear up and down they are the same prescription. They’re so incompetent they don’t know the shape of the lenses is the actual prescription. They are not trained. They are completely incompetent. I left the glasses there and left. They are not getting a third opportunity at scamming me. Stay away from this business. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and a waste of money.

The management and sales staff are knowledgeable and professional. They really go out of the way to help customers get great service.

They take personal care in dealing with each onewho comes in. When a measurement was miscalculated.....and the glasses were delivered, the error was immediately found, and glasses re0rdered. Rarely do they make an error.but didn't try to cover up...or blame the order....That gives me great trust in those who are working I would recommend Stanton Optical to whoever wants to know where to get glasses.
