Everything went smooth and was super easy and convenient. Great selection and great prices. Staff was Amazingly awesome! Super polite and very respectful. The only problem I had was with my pair of glasses I purchased. The lens fell out the same day I picked them up from the store. It seems like the lens is too small for the lens. I even paid extra for the anti-glare. Please help.

This clinic has the potential to be a quick and efficient experience because the office is equipped with modern technology and digital systems. Unfortunately, the lack of preparation, poor communication, and excessive wait times made this one of the worst optical experiences I’ve had.

1 hour glasses became 1 week glasses. Then they forgot to actually place the order. So it had to be placed and then wait another week.

First of all, they tried to upsell me because I vision insurance, so I chose not to use it to get the deal that was offered.

The clerk who helped me said I could pick ANY 2 frames for the BOGO $79 exam. That turned out not to be the case. I would not have gotten the exam if I had known I could only pick basic frames. It's rich It's listed in VERY SMALL PRINT at the bottom of the signs, at a vision store where small print might be blurry to customers

Third, they had me come back to the store 3 different times because they did not have my frames in on time

Fourth, I am not entirely sure this is the proper Rx for me. The vision exam was done entirely remotely. No pupil dilation.

I would not recommend this place to anybody and I may have to go to another eye facility to get my Rx rechecked.
