Been using these guys for a few years now and I can honestly say, they are fantastic. Delivery is normally the next day (if ordered on time), the product is superb and the one (only one) time I had an issue, the customer service was amazing and they resolved my issue within a couple of hours. Everything is packaged brilliantly and you get an email and text confirmation once your order is processed.
I can't recommend these guys enough!

Made an order over a week ago and made payment. Got an email saying order is being dealt with 10 days ago but no contact since.

Regular customer, had to purchase elsewhere because you have check out issues. All you have to do is put a message up on your homepage saying well update this message when its fixed, so people don't have to keep trying to check out.

Well, despite my usual lack of faith and inability to think positively, my order arrived this morning!
I think that these guys are very helpful and kind. Unlike other organisations they do respond to emails, and send a text message advising that order is on its way!
If you ask they will also check tracking status for you, which is excellent.
Unfortunately I am autistic and suffer from high levels of anxiety. As you can imagine thus, fearing that you have parted with a lot of money and are not certain you will receive the product, is enough to send your anxiety levels into the stratosphere! I think other companies would do well to emulate this response! Sadly anxiety is a bugger!
Anyway all the best To star doggy and will be ordering again shortly. Just one thing it would be good if you could let us k ow when there would be more product availability. Cheers
