If I could give no stars

If I could give no stars, I would. Sent two emails about a faulty bracelet and had no reply. Very poor customer service.

Please accept our sincere apologies as your email failed to reach us due to the contact form being managed by our webform provider. This matter was brought to our attention via your review which was left on Trust Pilot today. We are very sorry to hear of your experience and we do endeavour to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We are at St Helens Artisan Market on the 3rd Saturday monthly and can replace this for you in person on Saturday 21st November. However, if you are not attending the market, or you would like the replacement sooner, please provide your postal address so that we can send you a stamped address envelope to return the bracelet. Once received we can then quality check the faulty bracelet and post you a brand new one out.

Once again we are so sorry that we have not been able to reply any sooner and hope that this does not adversely affect our customer relationship.

Nice items, good service, need some jewellery for men too

Received item quickly and in excellent condition and exactly as described. I'm a Male but would be nice to see jewellery specifically for men on your website as the "AQUARIUS Gemstone Chip Anklet AMETHYST Zodiac Astrology Steel Charm Cord Adjustable" anklet I bought is probably designed more for a female.

TOP TIER STUFF!

This brand is great honestly! I have quite the fair share of stuff from here and regularly wear for making social media videos and/or going out! The attention to detail makes it very inviting to buy from ranging from the products they sell to the literal cute little boxes! Paul and Mel are great kind owners of Starduzt Jewellery too! I 100% recommend buying from here and I can see even myself in the near future buying again from here!

Thank you so much for such an incredible review! It honestly makes our day to hear that you’re enjoying your jewellery and that the 'cute little boxes' added that extra bit of magic to your experience. We put a lot of heart into the attention to detail, so knowing our pieces look great in your social media videos is wonderful to hear! Thank you for being such a loyal customer and for the 100% recommendation—we can’t wait to see what you pick out next. Best wishes, Mel & Paul.
