This was our second 5D scan (as the arm was obscuring the face the first time around) so to have another appointment was a dream. Laura and the team are always so accommodating, friendly and have always given us reassurance with the best possible service. I couldn't recommend the experience highly enough.

I love this place, this is my second early gender scan and the first time I went was just perfect this time of as even better the staff are just amazing, Ben in particular went above and beyond to help me and Laura she did both my scans in both pregnancies she’s a lovely lady who puts you at ease straight away she’s so confident just a brilliant person. I would never go anywhere but here the shop is lovely relaxing and has such beautiful items always been seen promptly and just always smiling I cannot recommend or praise them enough! Thank you all so much 💕

Both Laura and her husband are the most gently, warm, and personable pair for any scan reason. We have had both a non viable pregnancy and an early gender scan at Hale and both appointments were treated so sensitively. I wouldn’t book anywhere else for a scan. The unique clothes are beautiful and is a perfect chance to pick your ‘going home’ outfit for baby. We have been well informed during both appointments and would highly recommend Starlight Ultrasound.
