Clothes are beautiful and ordering online was simple. Prices were great but one thing I would mention is if something is in the sale it might be best not to put price reductions on the price tag. I tried to rub them off with an eraser but it looked awful so cut them off.

Thank you Linda. Glad you’re happy with the products and ordering process and we appreciate the feedback. As we’re a physical boutique as well as an online retailer we do have price tags / labels and it’s a choice between SALE/REDUCTION stickers (which also sometimes don’t come off easily) or handwritten price amendments so we don’t overcharge a customer in the shop - neither are ideal and we know what you mean especially when items are gifts
we don’t have enough stock (as a boutique we only get a few of each size) to warrant a different system of re-bar coding sale items (like in supermarkets) as typically they all sell too quickly
But it’s useful feedback which we’ll take on board to see if there’s a better way so thank you and we hope to be sending you some more beautiful clothes on a future order!

sorry you felt disappointed in the size of the toy to leave a 2* review - pictures can be misleading and that is precisely why the product included information from the supplier so it actually stated it is 18cm on the title and full dimensions are given in the description. It's very harsh to leave a negative review which affects our online reputation when we did not do anything to mislead you or anyone else and offered a genuine, officially-licenced Peter Rabbit toy normally priced at £11 for £6. It is just one item from a wide range of baby wear and accessories we sell.
We're a small family-owned business and go to great lengths to keep customers happy and maintain a trustworthy reputation and hope it won't put you off from buying from us again as we enclosed a discount card for a future order.
