Product is garbage! Marketing hype for a machine made chain. The PVD coating looks as if someone sprayed it with a tin of gold spray from Bunnings. You could buy something of equal or better quality on Temu. To sum it up the product quality starts with an S and ends with a T.

We bought my husband the barbed wire chain and we loved it so much that we decided to get me a matching one, I made the mistake of getting one that was a bit to small, so I contacted them to do an extange, they responded quickly and guided me on what I needed to do. I used Canada post to send the chain back (I will never use Canada post again, they wanted $80 CAD to get tracking so I was unable to get it.) Anyways what was supposed to be about 10 days to get there turned into well over a month. Through this time Max I believe his name is was very kind and kept in contact with me (as annoying as I probably was lol) it finally got there yesterday and they have shipped me my new larger chain. The products here are of great quality and the customer service is absolutely amazing! Other companies would benifit by following their lead in this area. I will 100% be shopping with them again. Thank you Max and the whole Statement collective team! You made a very leangthy and stressful time caused by another shipping company as pleasant as you could and you put my mind at ease when really it wasn't your problem, I appreciate it greatly and it has most definitely gained you a lifetime customer!! Definitely recommend :)

The jewellery is amazing quality, and so is the packaging. Everything is always protected in boxes and pouches that you can keep and reuse.
I have quite a few pieces from Statement Collective, and I'm sure my collection will only grow over time.

I recently purchased myself the Statement Lock and Chain 2.0, along with the Inversion Pendant (small) and a ‘Love Hurts’ earring for my partner. We’re both extremely impressed,not only with the design of the jewellery, but also the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each piece. As an added bonus, I also received what I believe is a 9mm Cuban bracelet. I’ll definitely be purchasing more pieces in the near future.

Sizing is important and I had my concerns about ordering jewellery without the ability to try it on. Thankfully, the sizing charts and measurements give a realistic idea of what to expect.

Products are solid and sturdy, have weight and feel comfortable to wear. I'm far from done ordering from these guys. Affordable products that are unique and stylish that are easy to maintain and durable for everyday wear. Cannot recommend enough.
