Jennifer Conner is a complete gem
Jennifer Conner is a complete gem. When I talked she listened, when she talked she reassured me I could trust her and Statesbook Publishing. She answered my questions directly and often answered before I could ask. She has been present and available making the handoff to the team a smooth transition.
