Very helpful and great advice given as the job I’d originally called about turned out to need a carpenter not a locksmith but he was very professional, helpful and honest. Fantastic customer service and would definitely recommend their services.

I used this company to upgrade locks on both the front and back doors of my home. Service was 1st Class from the initial enquiry all the way through to the job being completed. James was in my area when I called today and arrived within 10 minutes. He knew of the problem, fixed it and was very patient with my husband who needed help operating the mechanism correctly. We were very happy with the fee he charged considering the time he spent on the job.

James was great. There within 30 mins on a Saturday evening call out due to faulty lock meaning I couldn’t lock the rear door. He made the door safe meaning I could lock the door, and then returned on Monday with the full replacement door lock. Knows his stuff and I would recommend.

Got locked out after batteries in a smart lock failed, arrived quickly, sorted the problem and reasonably charged. Couldn’t fault service

Contacted Friday as were having trouble locking a kitchen door. Wasn't urgent but James came promptly on Monday. A breath of fresh air. Diagnosed problem immediately which wasn't as serious as we had thought. There was no sharp intake of air or chin rub as you get with some workmen before they hit you with an eye watering bill. Honest, clean, efficient worker. Problem took 15 minutes at most. Will be keeping his number for future and 100% recommend.

Friendly and professional, quick service. Cannot fault James, he explained the issue and told me exactly what he was doing and how to prevent it happening again.

I can’t fault the service. Called in the evening to fix a door which wouldn’t lock. It was sorted quickly so we could sleep well knowing our door was locked. We were also given advice on how to move forward with the problem. Excellent service would definitely recommend.

Front door decided to stay locked shut.
Phoned James in the morning, no mad rush as we have a side door to the property.
James came in the afternoon, as promised, got the door open. Still no idea how he did that - a master of dark arts? or simply years of experience and expertise?
Anyway, he stripped it down the lock and would have re-fitted but found a fracture that would have inevitably re-occurred.
Obsolete part but he knew he had some in his loft at home.
Came back once he’d located the part.
Fitted and working as new.

Highly recommend James. He helped us quickly and skillfully when we locked ourselves out of our garage, causing no damage to the door in process. He then sorted us out with new garage remotes, reprogramming our system and getting us all set up. Really grateful for his services!
