I had an issue with my payment being taken out of my account but I didn’t receive a policy number as it just kept swirling around. A wonderful lady stayed with me through the whole process til it was sorted. She dealt with my query with efficiency and enthusiasm. I have never dealt with such an amazing customer service department. I dreaded sorting this problem out at the start of the call but ended up with a smile on my face from her wonderful personality 🥰
