Our mortgage was coming up for renewal and we wanted to do some house improvements, so contacted Katie Hartley on the recommendation of several friends. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step and option that was available to us, she found several options for us that would allow us to do our home improvements and get the best rates, Katie is very responsive to emails and kept us in the loop at all times, It seams nothing is too much trouble for her. We are super happy with the service she provided and will happily recommend and use her again.

Brilliant company to work with. Highly recommend St Bart’s. We have recently gone through a remortgage with Maria and she was so helpful at every step of the process. Customer service is amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble. We perhaps had to make contact a little more than necessary due to using a legal company who were not particularly helpful but this was never a problem for Maria.
We will return to St Barts when our mortgage is due to be renewed again.

From the start of our house buying journey to completion we received contestant reasurence and guidance from both Maria and Tracey. They were so good to us that it set a false presedent for how easy the process would actually be! We live in Essex and a friend recommended St Barts and we have thanked them numerous times for the suggestion. First class experience the whole way!

As older 1st time buyers we were feeling rather nervous and the mortgage process seemed very daunting especially with 4 children to also consider during the move! BUT that was untill we met Claire from St Barts!
Wow, from the first meeting to the last text message Claire has been absolutely phenomenal in knowledge and understanding. Claire was so very accommodating to our family life as our parents and toddler needed to come along to a couple of appointments.

I had ran into problems getting a mortgage (from another broker) as a self employed individual. James at St Barts was simply brilliant. He listened to me situation and quickly and demonstrably took the necessary steps to find a solution, which turned out to be a more financially efficient solution for me. James, and his team were always there to speak to, and were brilliant in responding to requests, and keep excellent communication with me.
