THRIVE - Life By Design Opiniones 

The Life by Design course content is presented in a very engaging and accessible style. Learning is organised in modules which are packed with interesting and thought provoking questions. All include exercises guiding you to capture your personal thoughts.

Learning is greatly enhanced by access to Ali’s coaching, delivered with energy and insight.

I have been working on the course for around 3 months. During this time I have been able to set clear goals with detailed action plans. I’m now confident that these are the goals which I can deliver and that these will benefit not only myself but also those around me as well

I have been working with Ali for a couple of years now and as a coach in training myself I have a huge respect for his philosophy, his approach, energy and his deep understanding of the mechanisms behind personal growth, motivation and behavior change.

I have been working with Ali on his Life by Design programme for 10 weeks now, and it is a transformative experience.
The programme itself is easy to navigate. It takes you through a series of modules step by step, with an explanatory video and notes in which Ali talks you through the theme, followed by a series of thought provoking questions which help you to understand how this applies to your particular circumstance.
The programme is structured so that one module leads smoothly on to the next and builds upon the learning step by step.
Access to Ali through the Facebook group is excellent and there are frequent opportunities to engage with him via zoom calls in a small group and as part of the wider community he coaches.
The programme does require some initial investment of time and effort, however the initial outlay of doing the work (which takes me 30 mins at the very most a day), has resulted in 2 hours of extra time in my day to spend fruitfully on myself, sometimes learning, but often doing the kinds of things that really light me up.
The whole programme is very forward facing and Ali often gives constructive challenge to participants, and through easing you (supportively) into a less comfortable space, you feel your knowledge grow. I have a clear idea of my goals, I have a plan, actions to take me there, skills to manage bumps in the road, and I feel in charge of the direction I am heading.
I am a busy mum of 2 with a full time job, and I wouldn't have believed that I would achieve this kind of success, but by committing to the programme and trusting the process, I have really seen changes in my outlook, my skills, the amount of quality time I have and even my self- esteem. I feel more myself than I have in many years.
In short, I would really recommend the Thrive - Life by Design programme - it has truly woken me up to a new way of thinking, and given me confidence in my ability to reach my potential.
