I've had good experiences in the past here but ever since he put the website up for sale he's really dropped the ball when it comes to turn around time and care. If you don't feel like this is something that you want to do anymore and you don't want to provide paying customers with the service you are offering in the promised timeline, it's time for you to take down the listings and move onto other endeavors. It's not fair for people to trust you with their money if you can't deliver.

I ordered an artwork, and it`s been like 7 days and I don`t got it. I emailed them, i wrote on discord to kalizar and noone answer...
Update, i bought another one after the first one was sent after almost 2 weeks, and this one, same story, already 8 buisness days and nothing

It's been 72 hours and I still haven't received my product. I even contacted support through the website, 42 hours later still no reply. I've checked, spam, all mail, trash, etc every single category, and not one email. I went back to the original checkout link and all it says is "Thank you. Your order has been received." but I don't see my order details bc I have to confirm my email but when I try to confirm it, it says "We were unable to verify the email address you provided. Please try again.". I didn't even type my email in, I pasted it so it's unlikely I pasted the wrong email

ordered an artwork on the 16th in the morning and still haven't received anything, no reply from the seller. No add back on any socials, wouldn't recommend this seller if you are wanting a quick artwork or anything professional, willing to update my review if a answer is given by the seller
