Good company, good product

Received my package quickly. It was missing an extra string and when I notified Steambow they corrected it immediately and sent another one and a hat :)

Exactly what they said it would be.

Arrived on time and intact.

I love the products but I’ve been emailing customer service for weeks with no response. Their customer service is nonexistent. I’m very disappointed with customer service.

Steambow stepped up to help with an after sales issue related to my M10, which fixed the problem. A company's integrity shows the most after the sale has been made, and they've shown to be integral.

Product as advertised.

Thank you for the new M10. It is an excellent product and well-made. Its smooth action makes it enjoyable for longer target practices. No flaws have been seen as noted on negative reviews. Overall, it is well built, easy to assemble and quick to fire with top-notch accuracy. Outstanding product and highly recommended.

Hard to crank a 150 pound limb. Better put gloves. Should have a system like all hunting crossbow. A câble whit 2 hooks.

Here's the bottom line... I fuxked up and thought I still had 2 ar6 for sale. I ordered 2 color kits for crossbows I don't own as they were sold a few weeks ago. I graciously ask for a return refund. i'll report findings, so far so good. So far great service. Super great people too. I had a shipping mistake. Turned package around in shipping. Never recieved product or response on refund status ( one week) Hopefully they will understand the product was never recieved and give a partial refund as the return was my fault. So far very responsive. I Always get great prices and exceptional service from real people at STEAMBOW. You can't go wrong. Crazy fast. Super goodlooking, Spend your money here! Don't think of going anywhere else and risk it, don't be stupid! This is where it's at. Groovy man! Relax. Your at the right place dude. Right on . These Narley Dudes and Dudettes will take care of your wrotten ass. Stupid Boeey!!!!!! Forgot what you came for didn't you? Where am I ?

I've never owned a crossbow of any type, so I was a little skeptical about its power, range, and effectiveness. And I was worried about the "draw" being too much for me in my weakened state. All my fears were unfounded as the M10 turned out to be extremely powerful, had incredible range, and would be very effective against any foe in any environment. if you "draw" the M10 in the prescribed method; reloading and firingAnd would be a snap. Me and one of my friends shot a few bolts to ascertain it's simplicity and ease of use. I'm very impressed with the M10.

Everything was perfect dealing with your company the tracking was on point the delivery from Fed ex was right on time the bow and the accessories all in tact I look forward to dealing with steambow again!!!! Brian M

Amazon (Steambow Store) listed item for $50 less than their website but when I went to place the order, sold out. When I made them aware of the price difference, their response "Unfortunately amazon is currently a bit of a problem with them stocking the products timely so it happens from time to time that it goes out of stock which is when you cannot find it on there anymore." Nothing about matching their listed price on Amazon. I ordered anyway ($449.99 & a bunch of other stuff) then after placing the order, I kept getting a message stating, "buy now and save 30%, then every time afterwards, it stated save 20%, their response (also sent them screen prints), "Sorry this must have been a glitch. We do not run such promotions. Apologies for the confusion." Again, no offer to match or do anything other than thanking me for making them aware of the glitch. Still a cool item but beware of price. Shop (some resellers list it for less) and review their return/cancellation policy just in case you think "why didn't he just return the item" maybe because of their 15% restocking fee? But as I said earlier, pretty cool item.

Shipping was a nightmare. This is more of a UPS problem, but Steambow is ultimately accountable for ensuring I receive my order. It was generally slow, and then by the time I received my expected delivery date, I was headed out of town, and was unable to change the date or the deliver address. By the time I returned home they had tried to deliver it to me 3 times and said it would be shipped back to the seller.

Using UPS as a shipper is a very bad idea.never on Time,have already reschedule my delivery 3 time...worst delivery service possible.Use Purolator instead.

Very well! I encountered an unusual problem, and it was resolved to my satisfaction very quickly.
