Just what I needed for my modified crossbows! I intend to buy more from SteamBow in the future.

Excellent customer service. Have M1 compound bow with fenris magazine; and M10 crossbow. Highly recommend.

Sent one part of my order through FedEx which has reasonable rates for cod and the other through USPS which was over 3x as much. Also USPS offers the ability to calculate how much cross border fees and cod will cost prior to final purchase however the company chooses not to use this service and I was surprised with fees totaling over half the cost of my order on delivery. Good products but incompetent otherwise.

The limb I ordered came unassembled. It may look easy to assemble, but I would prefer manufacturer accuracy in centering and tightening the limb to the holder.

The limb is strong (Magnum). And, not cheap. The string it came with started cracking from the sides, where it connects to the limb, only after the first shot. I expected an upgraded string that can hold up, and an additional one given that I'm buying a stronger limb.

I ordered a 120lb limb. When compared to my 90lb limb it is less powerful, which isn’t good.

The worst part is that I’ve opened a case (Case Number: 00009137), plus have emailed and have called yet I’ve received no response from Steambow. Thats why I’ve left a one star review. I’m very disappointed.

All good, but with the additional magazine you cannot mount a scope, wish they would state that fact

Had an issue with getting my order approved and shipped. Hard to get anybody on the phone at customer service. Tyler gave me a number to contact him by text message. He did a great job resolving my issue. He is an asset to your company.

All of my purchases from steambow have been awesome . One thing though , mounting a fenris laser sight on a M10 - there is no mounting holes or place to mount it on a m10 rail system. I have two m10 uppers so I cannibalized a rail from one of those , drilled a proper hole and I was able to mount the sight , but a dedicated rail would be much appreciated

The side panels do not fit my AR-6 Stinger ONE as they were advertised to fit "all AR series lowers." The other spare parts should be useful.

I wasn't crazy about bows and arrows because the time to load , until I saw your AR 6 Tactical in Action , so then I purchase a use AR 6 and MR10 and imediatly started to buy accesseries ! This is mostly for Home Protection but Practice is Fun and don't have go thru the hassle registering a firearm . I'm also excited on your NEW PD5 that's still in R&D ,, and I want that as well lol

Magazine needs fixing! Bolts are not secure when loading and unloading Bolts. Too many accessory items out of stock! Accessories are too expensive.

After purchasing from the Steambow website, I discovered a couple of things were missing. When I tried to modify my order, I was shocked to find no such option. There was no way to cancel or edit—nothing. The only options available were a contact form and an email address. Naturally, I wrote to them right away. After two days with no response, I called the provided number, but of course, no one answered. I left a voicemail with all the information they might need. Again, no response. After an entire week, I received an email apologizing for the late reply and offering a free shipping coupon for my next purchase. I thought that was the end of the story, but then I discovered that my AR-6 compact lower needed to be cut open to use the AR-Series QD Limb Block included in my order. There was no warning or information to indicate this. I could have chosen the M10 for the open-frame lower instead. Overall, I’m very disappointed!

I ordered a foregrip and I did not receive the screws that hold it to the rail. The nuts were there but not the screws. I have reached out to see if they could send me some but no reply. Now I have a foregrip I can’t use.

Always wanted a crossbow and because of arthritis it wasn't in the cards until now. The packaging was impressive, the quality of the bow is exceptional, and shooting the one my son had made up my mind to get my own!
