Terrible costumer service
I received a faulty product that will not turn on. It has been a month and nobody has answered my from costumer service about a refund. I have emailed and contacted them through instagram and nothing. Do not buy from this business.

Gerät nicht funktionsfähig, kein Dampf, Kundenservice, unterirdisch und inakzeptabel. Selten so ein schlechtes Unternehmen erlebt, ich rate allen Kunden von einem Kauf bei diesem Unternehmen ab, man kann sein Geld sofort verbrennen, wenn man dort etwas kauft.

Ich hatte Steamery-Textildüfte gekauft bei einem Drittanbieter. Keine Ahnung warum (vielleicht falsch gelagert) - sie dufteten fast gar nicht. Als ich danach bei Steamery direkt bestellt wollte, vorher aber gefragt habe, ab es normal ist, dass die letzte Bestellung kaum bzw. viel weniger geduftet hat, wurde mir ausführlich geholfen und beschrieben, dass das nicht normal gewesen sein kann - ich bekam sogar ein Extraflasche als Muster zugesendet. Toll.

The best laundry detergent

Enttäuschende Erfahrung
Das Gerät traf relativ schnell, nachdem ich es bestellt hatte, bei mir ein. Leider war ich beim Auspacken sehr enttäuscht: es ist verschmutzt, lag in einem völlig zerknittertem Papier und um die Metalloberfläche herum sind an mehreren Stellen Reste von vermutlich einer blauen Folie. Der Kundenservice bittet mit einer Standardmail um Geduld und wünscht am 17. April noch schöne Osterfeiertage.

Falsches Netzteil / langsamer Kundenservice
Ich habe einen Artikel mit einem falschen Netzteil erhalten, sodass ich ihn in meinem Land nicht nutzen kann. Vom Kundenservice per E-Mail habe ich bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten, und auch auf Instagram herrscht nach zwei Nachrichten Funkstille.
Sehr schade, noch einmal würde ich nicht direkt bei Steamery bestellen.

ich habe zwar ein Archive Sale Produkt bestellt, aber ich habe nicht erwartet, ein kaputtes / beschädigtes Produkt zu erhalten. Und die Verarbeitung des Produkts ist generell schlecht/billig.

So, the 450g is the weight of the actual unit, and the weight 650 is the weight with the cord and plug included. That's why there's a difference. On the website comparison chart etc, we have listed the weight on the actual device, without the cord. Leider bringt der Steamer überhaupt…
Leider bringt der Steamer überhaupt keine Vorteile. Ich dachte man spart Zeit wenn man anstatt das Bügelbrett rauszuholen "kurz" steamt aber kurz geht gar nix (warten, Wasser nachfüllen etc). Auch für kurze Reisen nicht geeignet (zu schwer).
Also kein Gewinn und dafür viel zu teuer.
Und wie soll man vom Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen wenn man das Gerät nicht auspacken/ testen darf?
Aber schön ist er ;-)
