customer service non existent or could'nt care less i miss ordered a product which i realised straight away and notified them ,i then ordered the correct item only to find the next morning i had been billed for both and money was gone out of my account,went on the chatline which by the look of it is never manned , got on to a request form that is not answered either , great products , customer care is a shower , my bank are now pursuing the issue

Well, my story starts in 2016, when they released the kickstarter for the dark souls boardgame, I supported the project by paying 130€, and through the support they reached the established goal, thus founding the project. After that, several goals were established and we hit them all, that is, the project was a success and with that, whoever supported it would receive MANY additional ones outside the base game that would be delivered in 3 parts. Cool huh? But after that the stress started... The delivery date was delayed... several times. I got the base game in 2017, the second part in 2018 and the third (AND BIGGER) part I just didn't get...Now let's take a break and before continuing: Imagine you in the biggest hype in 2016, wait, wait, wait, and you receive the game in 2017 and you even get excited (but not so much) after SO MUCH wait, then wait, wait, wait more, and then in 2018 there's more that excited, and time passes, passes, you just forget, right? (due to work, day to day etc). Now coming back, nowadays the game is saved and I didn't even remember, but looking at my stuff because I was moving, I saw the game and remembered: "wait, I didn't get the third part!". I know it's been a while, but understand my side, it's been 3~4 years of waiting, dammit, you get discouraged and even forget....But getting in touch, the company, which produces the game nowadays and sells it, refuses to send the product I paid for and have the right to receive! Even the freight I was willing to pay (as much as I think I shouldn't) but with Ben (the manager) there's no conversation, no. I just wanted to receive my product...I thought the company was very dishonest, and through this complaint I want to record: I am completely dissatisfied (due to the delay, money spent and this recent antics) and I do not recommend the company to anyone.
