Exceptional customer service! My package was left out in the rain by Royal Mail. Would have been great if it had been wrapped in something waterproof, however, their response was very prompt and it all got sorted very quickly. Just waiting for replacements to arrive

A human is on the other side of an email, responding quickly but also kindly.
