We ordered a STEELMAN PRO Wireless ChassisEAR 2 on Amazon. Out of the box, the charger port and one of the pickups did not work, and we struggled to turn on the head unit. 2 weeks later (we had used it only twice) the head unit will not turn on at all and ChassisEar is now unusable. Steelman Supports only feedback is that it was delivered outside the US and the warranty is void. Avoid this company and its products!!

Products are good but customer service is nonexistent. Lost a transmitter for my chassis ear and sent an email seeking a replacement. No response. Went on their website and searched by their part number, ordered part and it’s not compatible with my receiver. Sent an email and received a reply that they could set up a return for the transmitter. Replied to that email regarding a compatible replacement, no reply. Sent another email, no reply. Two calls to customer service, left 2 messages and no response. Apparently if you have a problem, they don’t care.

I ordered their 180 tooth ratchet. Brand new out of the box the retaining clip was bent putting excess pressure between the ratchet head and the ratchet. This caused an enormous amount of back drag that defeats the ratcheting purpose. They have done everything they can to dodge their lifetime warranty, their warranty is worthless. I will never buy another one of their products again.

Shipping could ideally be a little quicker, but the items we ordered are great.

The Mini EngineEAR Diagnostic Listening Device helped me find where a rattle was coming from in my Wife's Explorer that I had been trying to find for quite a while.
I have used it in other vehicles to narrow down where noises was coming from. For the price you can't beat it.

Parts came in on time and damage free.

I feel the wrenches and sockets aren't true to size. They fit loosely. Their other tools are of good quality and should last a long time. Their tools are more affordable than the tool trucks with their name brands.

I spent days looking for a wheel lug key for my Tacoma that the tire shop lost. Until I ran across your website. The helpful spec sheet and pictures made it easy to find the wheel key I needed. I dont write reviews much but when this email came through I had to share. Thank you Steelman!!

Steelman makes great products and they have great customer service. One of the storage pouches had a defective snap and I quickly received a replacement pouch. No hassles, just a terrific experience from start to finish.

This is a great product only thing I wish you did while inflating the tire it will give the reading for the pressure but otherwise it’s nicely made heavy duty exactly what I was looking for
