I paid for next day delivery and it…
I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t come on the day that was meant to come , and no where does it state there is a time limit for next day delivery which is very wrong and false advertising on your half , this was very misleading and I paid extra to have it for next day delivery and if there was an time limit you shouldn’t be offering next day delivery if you stop it after a certain time . I would like a refund of what I paid for next day delivery because that’s not my fault you was offering something you don’t do

We appreciate the feedback regarding your order.
I’ve looked into this and unfortunately the order was placed after 2pm (3:25pm) so we were unable to dispatch the item on the same day as the order. We dispatched the next day and sent the item on a next working day service which you paid for, and it was received on the time, the following day.
The delivery timescales are outlined on the product page ‘delivery & return’ tab and on the ‘Delivery & Returns’ page in the main navigation menu, but we will look into making this clearer to avoid disappointing customers in future.
