God Tier customer service with good-natured people, server runs excellent.
Dean is the GOAT when it comes to handling concerns and issues. Every time my server ran into a problem (almost always self-inflicted due to mod conflicts), I was met with genuine concern over resolving the situation. Their staff was even willing to extend our trial period due to the issue, and expressed interest in finding a workaround to the problem that didn't involve removing the mod that was causing most of our problems, stating something along the lines of "we would feel bad if you had to remove a core part of your experience due to our hardware".
I feel bad that I hesitated to try STEL out on account of their seemingly small presence on social media and word of mouth. They should be a bigger name in the industry they're targeting, and I foresee myself using them for some time.

Fantastic hosting with great customer service!
We’ve been running a heavily modded Minecraft server for years. We were experiencing major lag while using a popular hosting service. We decided to switch hosting services and we are thrilled that we did. Everything works flawlessly. After setting things up, I had a question and made a support ticket. I had a response in one day. SO much better than mainstream hosting services
Previously only using mainstream hosting services, STEL Hosting was a much needed upgraded. The well priced services and extremely quick and helpful customer service was great for someone like me (who has almost 0 experience with server hosting) Would definitely recommend especially for first-time users

Was skeptical at first because usually low cost hosts are trash but these guys really do got what they advertise. Just got done doing our annual Minecraft run with the boys so I wasn't too knowledgeable about what servers were the best. Glad someone recommended them as our run was lag free and had only 1 downtime while we were sleeping. Will definitely come back to them if we ever decide to branch out to more games!

Hands down best hosting service with great staff!
Performance has been amazing, I got a 16gb server in New York and it hasn't struggled at all. I recently ran a stress test on a fabric modpack with ~100 mods and it was able to handle 50 concurrent players no problem! (Compared to some other server hosts I've tried where they can't even run 10...) They don't oversell their servers from what I can tell, and the staff is very transparent. Any server related issues I'm having, I can freely talk in their discord and get help.
10/10 experience, I hope stel hosting doesn't disappear any time soon.

For starters, we have no records of a client with your name with your date of experience. Our pricing for our hardware is super competitive and many competitors charge more than us for older generation hardware.
Since your supposed date of experience, we have had 0 complaints or tickets about servers being laggy where we could not diagnose or resolve the issue plagued by software.
Our plans are meticulously crafted to ensure that each server may use their server's resources to the fullest potential. Our public node status page shows that our host systems do not exceed 20% CPU average usage, even on a fully allocated node. This is made possible by not overselling our hardware.
We have 0 tickets pending and our average response time is 30 minutes. We have checked all of our emails and support mediums and have found 0 clients awaiting a response.
Lastly, our reviews are all gathered from real clients. We utilize a Trustpilot integration where Trustpilot themselves send out emails to clients 1 week after ordering our services to request a review, good or bad. For this reason, Trustpilot marks them as "Verified". We suggest you take a look at how Trustpilot marks these reviews.

Great Quality, Service, and Price
I recently got a server through STEL Hosting after using another service for about a month. The server was plagued by lag spikes and the cost was relatively high, but after switching I have had no lag with the same RAM amount. There we're a few small issues, but After putting a ticket in I was helped within minutes and the issue resolved within an hour. I wholeheartedly recommend STEL Hosting to anyone looking for a server host.

Had a server for some days now. The performance is astonishing. The price is as low as it can get for that high tier performance.
