Quick and helpful process
I had a great experience with Rhiannon. She contacted me to let me know there was a job that might be a good fit for me.
She was extremely quick at getting back to me and the whole process of being informed about the role to being offered it took less than 2 weeks.

Finally a recruitment company that actually helps. John found me during my job search and gave me that extra hand to find something suitable. Quick and efficient regarding updates or scheduling. Me and John had a very good communication which not every recruiter does - they are mostly interested just to place you in a job for their commission, but John at Stellar acknowledged every small detail I was looking for. Now I am excited to start my new role. P.s. under 2weeks I had first and second interview scheduled with updates very promptly! I would totally recommend.

Stella Select being brilliant as always
Stella Select have been nothing short of outstanding. They understand me as a candidate and understand what my career needs are. I can’t imagine going through anyone else to find future career opportunities for me. They know my CV better then I do, because they have taken the time to go through the granular details of my career and therefore when they put me forward for something it’s always been the right option for me and I have had 100% success. Connor has kept me updated at each stage, he has always understood what my motivators are and what key aspects I look for in new roles. Rosa has been brilliant too. Rhiannon is Excellent!
The job hunting processes can be so nerve-racking, but having a great recruitment consultant such as Rhiannon can really make a difference. She managed to secure me a role very quickly. She understood my needs and we built a great relationship. Thanks to her, the whole process has been a breeze. I would especially like to highlight Rhiannon’s communication skills, as she consistently gave me updates and made sure to answer all my questions throughout, leaving no room for confusion. I'm really happy with Stelar Select, and Rhiannon has been truly amazing. Right from the start, she was dedicated and moved things along quickly. Great experience
John at Stellar Select contacted me directly regarding a role I was interested in. Since, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has supported me massively during the recruitment process. Although I was unfortunate and did not receive an offer from the first role, I know John worked with the Business' recruitment team to put me forward for a similar role in a different department, which I have now received an offer for. Even after the Offer was issued, John has been a great support with negotiations and has helped me secure a much better contract than initially offered. He has been easy to contact throughout and i couldn't be happier with his support. Thanks John!

I have used Rosa at Stella since 2010, for both my own roles and when looking to grow teams. She is by far the best recruiter I have ever worked with. Professional, understanding, knowledgeable and produces excellent candidates and great roles. I would not use another recruitment firm, for either my own roles or looking for staff/candidates.
