Amazing Sessions- Learnt So Much!

Trenton's sessions were really engaging! Each session I learnt something and absolutely loved the P.L.E.A.S.E framework which honestly can be used at work and in your personal life.
The sessions around really successful meetings is also something I have not seen anyone else do and they were so informative and has helped me so much.
Could not recommend Sterka training enough for skills learnt on how to manage difficult conversations, people and how to engage them in your meetings.

So much content, brilliantly delivered

At AMBITIOUS, we enrolled our entire client service team on the Team Sterka programme. The course had a hugely positive impact on our skills and confidence. Based on tried and tested models and a lifetime of experience across client service, Trenton delivers the course, packed with content in a hugely engaging way. After each session, we all felt energised and that we had a learned a lot. I would recommend this course (and Team Sterka more generally) to any organisation looking to bolster client service skills.

Team Sterka is a cut above

Trenton and Team Sterka far surpassed my expectations, and my experiences with "similar" professional development courses. The skills and methods provided were useful, even beyond the specific scenarios laid out, and I've found myself thinking about how I present (and present myself) in all situations, personal and professional.

In addition to the solid course material, Trenton really went above and beyond to learn about and understand our whole team, and made sure that even the most seasoned among us were able to see how small shifts could have big positive impacts.

Excellent course

Found the whole experience really engaging, trenton knows his stuff and has an excellent way of getting his ideas across. It's made me think, adapt and hopefully it will provide the stepping stones for some big changes moving forward.

Trenton is a great course leader

Trenton is a great course leader. This particular course was a great mix of theoretical and practical. He gives you a lot to think about. Not just in terms of your own performance, but those around you and how they wish or desire to be communicated with.

Hugely valuable training, for everyone!

Trenton is energetic, friendly and super passionate about his craft. Our company engaged with Sterka Training over the course of the year and it has been super valuable in work life, but also in daily life. I can highly recommend Sterka to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of communication, empathy and presentation skills. An enjoyable couple of months - thanks Trenton!

Client leadership programme

I recently completed Trenton's client leadership programme and found it incredibly helpful for my career development.

Each session is expertly run and Trenton is very engaging and easy to listen to. I looked forward to each of the sessions as a result.

Would recommend to anyone in a client/account management role!

Transformed my working day - feel more equipped and confident

Our agency has just completed a 6-month training course with Trenton at Sterka, and I personally feel revitalised. Trenton’s down to Earth approach, practical tips and tricks and a healthy dose of common sense reminders have made a huge impact on my work day to day.

I am more empathetic towards my clients and teams (not that I wasn’t before, but now it works better), I have clearer communication strategies, I organise my meetings and workday better, I have less power struggles and manage challenges and conflicts more efficiently.

I have sharpened skills I had but forgotten, added new skills to my toolbox and feel more confident than I have before. I overall feel more equipped to do a great job and also look after myself - both of which are crucial in a fast paced agency environment.

Trenton has been a breath of fresh air we all needed in our lives. His energy is infectious! The interactive nature of the course has meant that we mingled with others outside of our agency and have learnt from them as well.

It has been the most useful training course I have completed to date and I highly recommend it for anyone working with clients.

Taking part in the Team Sterka training…

Taking part in the Team Sterka training helped me massively with my confidence. It allowed me to get in front of others confidently as well as teaching me how to handle difficult conversations with colleagues and clients. I would 100% recommend this training to others.

Team Sterka Training Sessions

My experience with Team Sterka was very rewarding. Each session provided a new and thought provoking lesson discussing agency work, client relations and internal team building. The fortnightly sessions never felt as if they were impeding on my workload, and they even provided a fun experience and break from some of the struggles work duties can cause. All in all a great course that I would highly recommend.

Team Sterka - Sharing invaluable lessons.

Trenton is a really great speaker and teacher who really embodies all his teachings. This course is very practical, compassionate and realistic. You get a real sense that Trenton has experienced all the same agency life problems that you have, and his learnings are very valuable. There's lots of participation and engagement which I liked - don't expect to just sit back for an hour! You'll be challenged!
