Ordered two shirts and they were nothing like advertised and horrible. Customer service promised to refund but the packaging return costs were 50% of the purchase price plus china customs duty. They are a scam. Avoid at all costs and beware you tube adverts
Similar to other customers. I ordered 2 shirts in XL through a link in Facebook. Shirts and reviews looked good. I always wear XL but they use a different sizing (European?) I asked for a refund. They told me they would send me new sizes and I could donate the smaller ones. My new size was 5XL under their guidelines. I told them I wanted a refund but they were insistent on sending me new ones. I gave it a try. They were big enough but were too boxy and looked nowhere near as comfortable as the online pics. When I went to return them, they gave me an address in the UK. I reminded them they shipped from NYC. They would not allow me to return it there. Shipping to the UK would have been $50 and I only paid $59 for the shirts. They agreed to refund me 40%. I countered with 50% to just be done with them. They agreed but 2-3 weeks later, I'm still contacting them about the refund. Looking to file a complaint and dispute charge with my CC company.
This company is a scam! Avoid at all costs, they even lie on their website saying they have 4.5 stars. The clothing comes from China and is the same linen clothes you can buy for a few dollars in Asian markets. When I requested a refund, you have to pay expensive delivery to China or they offer a 60% refund and non return of items.
I used their size chart and ordered a size large which was for 46.1 inches. They sent a large but measured 40inches. Asked for refund. You only get it if you pay for shipping back to china which is expensive. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Avoid them
Avoid. I ordered a pair of boots after looking on line and seeing the company was based in Scotland. How wrong was I? Tracking system not updated. 3 weeks after ordering, I am still waiting for my merchandise. Shoddy and unprofessional service. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done.
Another dodgy set up and permitted by Facebook to deceive people.Dont go near them is my advice
