I can't say enough good things about this mattress system.

Every major mattress company should make beds like this! These beds are beautifully made, very comfortable, and over the long haul, less expensive than virtually any other bed you will own. That's because you can replace the parts that wear out without replacing the whole mattress.

Comfort can be adjusted by changing the topper and pillow top. And the topper can be different on each side of the bed for different people.

If you want a luxury mattress that over the time costs less than your average mattress – because you don't have to replace the whole mattress – this is what you want.

Had a question prior to buying online which was answered promptly. After delivery had a couple of questions. Called the customer service number which was answered immediately. Was told the person to answer my question was at lunch and would call me upon returning. 20 minutes later I was called and my questions answered and an additional item I needed was promptly ordered and mailed to me the same afternoon. Fabulous customer service.

I thought it was odd that I received a call on a Friday night after normal business hours soon after sending an email that I had a leaking waterbed.

I received a call before it was shipped to verify that we wanted a California king as opposed to a regular king size mattress. I appreciate the fact that they took the extra step before the bed was shipped. Bed is very comfortable. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I would definitely recommend Sterling Sleep for the Hydrosleep dual mattress waterbed.
