We take your concerns seriously and would like to address them directly. First and foremost, it’s important to clarify that your case is still very much active. Our team has been working diligently on your behalf, and we are contracted to represent and monitor your business rates valuations through to the end of the 2029 rating list.

I must also say that I do not appreciate the accusations you have made. After receiving further information about your property, we conducted a detailed review and concluded that proceeding with an appeal at this stage would carry a genuine risk of increasing your current Rateable Value. As your appointed agents, it is our responsibility to protect your interests, not to expose you to unnecessary financial risk.

Had we not been acting in your best interests, we could have proceeded regardless of the potential negative consequences. Instead, we have chosen the responsible path—to monitor your assessment carefully and only take action when it will genuinely benefit you.

Your case remains active, and we remain committed to achieving the best possible outcome for you across the current and future rating periods.

I would appreciate if you would remove this inaccurate review immediately.

At this point, we have been appointed for less than a year.

The delays you've mentioned are largely due to recent legislative changes following Labour’s rise to power, which have impacted case negotiations industry-wide. These external factors are beyond our control, but we continue to work tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome for your business.
