Disapointed ordered a travel case 4 Dec-
delivery 10- 13 Dec nothing recived no email responce and call the number and your call has failed-
this was a christmas present - what are you supposed to do?????

Sent the wrong item so emailed and they replied asking if I could send a picture of wrong item which I duly did even though it was not my error. Now 5 days on and no reply tried calling all always come up call transfer failed. Item was a gift to take to Ireland tomorrow which is not going to happen now. Quality of the prints I also ordered are paper thin now which before hand were on thick card and I have a red line around the whole outer border from the cutting machine. Steven Brown art used to be quality but now it’s just shoddy and won’t be ordering again. Very very poor customer service considering it was they’re error in the first place

Worst customer service ever!
Sent order back, have proof of postage that they have received it back. No communication no refund. Tried phoning on numerous occasions and can never get through. Emails take 3 to 5 days to be answered and generally they use stalling tactics as they don’t read your emails properly. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Wondering if I’ll ever get my refund 😡

I'm a reluctant reviewer because you get bombarded for requests to review when you have just received the item so how can you give an honest review?!
So a year on I am delighted with the floor cushions and large cushions that I ordered. The floor cushions are my 2 dogs beds and they are amazing, wash like a dream.
I was so impressed I bought a lot of different cushions for Christmas presents this year.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the delivery is v v slow. This needs to be rectified to stay competitive.

I ordered the dog feeding station during the Black Friday sale and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Although I was a bit hesitant after reading some recent reviews, I’m so glad I gave it a chance. When I emailed customer service to ask about the delivery timeline, they responded promptly—within just a few hours. The feeding station arrived, and it’s absolutely fantastic: high-quality craftsmanship and a stylish design that looks great in our home. I’m beyond satisfied and would happily order from this company again!

The actual quality of the goods is excellent but I'd hesitate to order online again.
Delivery should have taken 4 to 8 days. On the 8th day I emailed to ask about tracking and the next day got a link to amazon. This told me I'd be informed when the items were available, which was not optimistic.
When there was still no update two days later I emailed customer service cancelling the order and asking for a refund. By a pure coincidence 🙄 I received an email shortly afterwards announcing my parcel would be delivered the following day. At this point there was still no update on Amazon but to my surprise it was delivered on time. I am pretty certain however this was related entirely to my request for a refund
I understand that this is busy time of year but that's all the more reason to be realistic about delivery times.
Edit - Christmas cards finally arrived on Christmas Eve, 22 days after I'd ordered. A more honest business would have admitted they were out of stock when I ordered them.

Order placed for 3 different items the last one arrived today (12th December) much later than advised. The customer service team are useless. Such a shame as the items are lovely.

AVOID this company items took ages to come. Ordered a blanket was more like a beach towel. Still waiting refund, returned at my own expense of over £6, even though my tracking says they received my order back over a week ago! No reply to emails and phone line doesn’t connect. Please don’t give your money to this company as seems impossible to get a timely refund. Disgraceful at this time of year when money can be tight!

I placed an order with this company for a compact mirror with giraffes on. It was £11.34 for the item and with the postage it came to £16.23 which they took from my account on the 10th December. I tracked my order yesterday and it said I had received it yesterday afternoon but I haven't. I've tried no end to contact this company but cannot get through. They will not respond to my emails. Beware! I think it's a scam.

Order placed on 24th November 2024, still not received. Unsuccessful at reaching anyone over telephone, call transfer fails. Have sent two emails, still no response. Full payment taken at time of order. Have had no issues in past with previous orders so very disappointed.

Ordered a cushion 2 weeks ago. As I sent order I saw a very old address had been saved even though my card address details were correct. I tried ringing customer service - several times over several days (no reply) - and emailed! Money taken. Have just received an email saying delivery to wrong address is on its way!! Very unhappy with jolly content of emails I received that have completely ignored the situation!

I didn’t receive my full order and have emailed a lot to find out where it is with a response given a week later to tell me it had been delivered which part of it did but not all of it which I did explain in the email! I have phoned so many times just to be cut off!! Customer service is shocking!! My missing item has been paid for and was a Christmas present which it’s looking unlikely I will get!!

Bought 2xCalendars, they arrived faulty. Tried phoning but only an automated reply then cut off. Numerous emails received automated responses. Facebook messages either ignored or automated response. Even tried the shop number but it's non-existent One random email arrived offering replacements then nothing !!
Absolutely disgraceful taking money from people with no regard for customer care.
I intend to pursue them through the banking system.
Avoid like the plague.

I have received a print which is damaged have tried to call numerous times never get an answer. Have bombarded them with emails and never get a reply. As this is a Christmas present I would like my problem resolved but having no luck as yet. Would certainly not order from them in the future.

I ordered from these people 15/11/24 and despite several emails I have heard nothing. When you ring their number it’s a very nice lady at a private address.

Still waiting for my order, which is apparently with Amazon and has been for over a week!! Tried phoning Steven Brown contact number, no answer and it cuts you off. No response to emails.
Very poor company, will not be using again and would not recommend.
Will be attempting to get my money back via bank refund.

Well 2 weeks after a damaged item was delivered I'm about 90 calls done, daily emails with only 2 replies asking a question but then no follow up when you reply back within a few min. I still don't know if I'm getting a refund, replacement or what I've asked they call me 4 times and nothing. This is such a shocking service.

Several phone calls, line cuts you off. You never get to speak with anyone. Several emails, one reply, to be told it was an issue with the courier however I still have not received my order. Several more emails and still nothing. Order placed 27th Oct.

Customer service non existent, tried phoning, tried e mail regarding a scam website pretending to be Steven Brown Art the company VIP styles pretending to be Steven Brown Art website and offering special price on clock scammed my bank details, tried to report to Steven Brown Art,

Terrible customer service never received an item for a present for a friend emailed then no response and telephone no one ever answers. Terrible treating customers like this Jason Knight
