Hi,
We're sorry to hear your client's account had their credentials leaked. However, we have found no evidence that any credentials or personal data were leaked through our service.
Our browser extension is reviewed and approved through the Chrome Web Store, and our mobile app is reviewed through the relevant app stores before publication. We also take security seriously and continuously monitor for potential issues.
As the developer, maintaining the trust of our users is far more valuable to me than any short-term gain. Compromising user accounts would be completely against both my interests and the long-term success of the product.
If you have any specific evidence that suggests our service was involved, please contact us directly with details so we can investigate thoroughly.
Kind regards,
Stevie
