Stewart came through
Disappointing customer service – email response for 3 days asking different questions each day then nothing for tw days.Having purchased a new Vertx remote trolley in January it’s now let me down mid season. I am very disappointed with the customer support from Stewart Golf as it appears they are normally good. I reached out regarding a fault with my trolley and have heard absolutely nothing back for the last two days on what and how they want it returned. For a premium brand, I expected a much faster response time. Leaving a customer completely in the dark when their equipment is broken is not acceptable. I hope someone from the team contacts me immediately to resolve this.
Although my initial response was not as expected in fairness Stewart responded well to my follow up complaint and replaced the remote hence my change of heart to a 5 star.
