Very disappointing experience. I paid €369 for an initial consultation where I received no clear advice — I mainly spent the meeting explaining my case and trying to convince the solicitor to take it on.

I was later told that a barrister expert in employment law would be appointed, but no barrister ever contacted me and no progress was made. Instead, I received an unexpected €533 bill with no explanation of what it covered.

When I questioned the fee and asked for a breakdown, the solicitor refused to continue handling my case. Communication was poor and the service felt unfinished and unreasonable for the amount charged.

I’ve requested a detailed itemised bill and will be referring the matter to the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (LSRA) for review.

Based on my experience, I’d advise anyone considering this firm to get a written fee agreement in advance and confirm exactly what the consultation includes before paying.
