I am happy that my order was shipped and received intact. However, because this is international shipping, I won’t be ordering a great deal anymore as the cost is excessive for me. I wish you would find a US distributor.

VERY IMPRESSED
Having never used "Still Spirit" previously of course I was as a little concerned it may not run smoothly or delays etc etc .
I'm REALLY REALLY pleased to say not only was the whole process smooth it was amazingly quick and very next day I received parcel (well protected) of the whisky.
A Fantastic job and now without doubt place i intend spending more money

I never received my order
I never received my order. I emailed customer service today. No reply yet. According to ship it hasn’t shipped yet. I ordered this on Friday he 4th of December. The shipping cost was more than the item purchased.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review.
You ordered from our premises in Scotland to an address in the US on the 4th December. This was shipped to our third party courier on the 5th December and is now in San Francisco going through customs clearance. As per our website it can take up to 5 weeks for US shipments to arrive due to the various import regulations and clearance processes that alcohol has to go through to enter the United States, so we cannot guarantee shipping times. However most US shipments arrive within 3 weeks. At the moment it has been 8 days since your order was dispatched so it is well on schedule.
Our shipping costs are very competitive and are clearly shown on our international shipping page and at checkout before purchase.
I hope I have been able to clarify the situation for you, but if you have any questions at all please feel free to get in touch.
Great Service; Outstanding Shipping
I was understandably nervous when ordering a very expensive and very hard to find bottle of Scotch that was unique and could easily have been mixed up with similar items. I need not have worried! Still Spirit was phenomenal! Pricing was the best I found, customer service was very responsive, shipping was fast, and the product was exceptionally well wrapped to prevent any damage. Still Spirit is now my go-to source for any future purchases like this.
