Amazing timepiece all around. Feels as solid as it looks, but lighter than expected. Shipping and tracking from UK to US was much quicker than expected.

Excellent customer service - I asked for a slight change to the engraving on my watch and the team, especially Holly, were both very helpful and responsive. Very happy with the watch as well!

Quick delivery! This is my third watch purchase and all three were delivered promptly. The Durrant Steel GMT being the quickest in only a few days from the IK to the PNW.

I got the Jarvis. It is a beautiful watch. Delivery was quick from UK to USA. Communication was great. I highly recommend Stirling. This was my first Stirling watch but definitely not my last.

The All black Durrant is definitely a duty watch. Super clean look, it’s in my top two all time duty watches.

The watch is great. But if you want to get a steel bracelet to replace the rubber band, it won’t fit. I needed a watch smith to shave off some metal in order for it to fit the case. Also the original spring bars were not compatible with the metal bracelet so I had to buy new spring bars for that too.

The team at Stirling made our Team watch idea come to life and took time to ensure it was done correctly. They were easy to work with in regards to designs and were on time as forecasted.

Outstanding customer service, quality watches

Had to return my Burton for repair,as the second hand was not precise, it showed in-between the seconds markers.Also,having to buy a UV torch to be able to charge the luminous dial,for an hours use is unbelievable.The sales adverts are deceiving and do not apply to my Burton watch.I would not buy again from Stirling,even if their watches were £25 each!!!..my Chinese watch,mass produced ,and cost me £3,...3 years ago,keeps excellent time and precise seconds,and a 24/7 Luminous Dial,unlike the £225 Burton.Order: 20278.They are returning it today,it's still not right...but that's what you get for believing what people say,to make a sale.never again!!! £235 thrown away,don't do the same.
